Warranties
Our Highpoint Warranty covers all regular maintenance that does not require replacement of parts or materials. We offer services like routine cleaning, polishing, stone tightening and band reshaping at no service charge for the life of the jewelry. Services like sizing, rhodium plating, prong retipping, repairs, etc. receive specially discounted rates on items purchased from our store.
Please contact us before returning items for any reason.
Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring their jewelry.
Pricing
The prices listed on this site are based on the daily gold market and availability of materials, and are subject to change.
Giveaways, Specials, & Discounts
At this time, coupons, special offers and discounts cannot be combined for a higher discount.
coupons, special offers, and discounts are only redeemable in store or at highpointgems.com, and cannot be applied to purchases from any social media shops, or sales channels hosted by third parties.
Coupons and discounts are limited to 1 use, (you may use your coupons and discounts to purchase multiple items at once)
Items for Giveaways cannot be returned or exchanged for money, credit, or other items.
Winners are chosen at random.
Winners will be informed via Direct Message or Email before they are announced on social media.
If you are the winner of a ring, we will need your ring size so it can be made to fit! If you don't know your ring size, Just let us know and we can send you a free ring sizer!
We will also need the address you want your new ring sent to!
Rings featured in Giveaways are available in US Ring sizes 4-10, and made specially for the winner of the Giveaway. If you require a larger or a smaller ring size, just let us know! Most styles may be sized to accommodate!
Items featured in giveaways ship for free (via usps/ ups/ fedex) inside a plain shipping box, with special promotional packaging that may vary from my usual branded boxes
At this time Giveaway items can only be shipped to US residents, age 18+ (because the prizes are advertised as wedding bands and bridal jewelry)

Shipping & Delivery
Custom and made-to-order items usually ship within 3 weeks of purchase.
Depending on the number of orders, availability of materials, and shipping delays, some items may take up to 4 weeks to finish and ship.
Shipping for U.S. only at this time.
You will receive a tracking number for your order.
Because of the nature of our products, packages are insured and may require a signature on delivery.
Returns
Made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges at this time, however, I am always happy to help resolve any issues! If you do not love your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to help you with one of the following:
1. Return your item for refund, exchange, or store credit. (In-stock items only)
2. Return your item for size adjustment, alteration, or personalization. (additional charges may apply. See below for details)
Example: To protect ourselves from fraud, additional charges may apply if you order a ring in a size 4, and then request it exchanged or remade to a size 8.
In most cases, if you are not satisfied with the fit of a ring purchased from our store, we will adjust the ring to fit you at no extra charge.

Made-to-order refers to any item(s) fabricated, special ordered, altered, personalized and/or customized in any way including, but not limited to, diamonds, gemstones, custom bridal jewelry, family rings, items made or customized using customer’s stones, diamonds and/or materials, items that have been sized or have had sizing assistants added, in-stock items that have been personalized with special finishes or engraving.
Luxury Watches are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
Warranty services for Luxury Watches are offered according to the terms of the mechanical warranty provided. Warranty services cannot be performed without the original warranty card and a copy of your original receipt. Please contact us if you have any questions or wish to have your watch sent in for warranty services.
Please note that slight color variations in gemstones may be due to differences in screens and monitor settings. Handcrafted items are all unique and slight variations in individual items and gemstones are a natural feature.
